महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे (Uddhav Thackeray) की साइन की हुई फाइल के साथ छेड़खानी किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। राज्य मुख्यालय मंत्रालय में हुई गंभीर चूक के इस मामले में मरीन ड्राइव पुलिस स्टेशन में धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
सीएम ठाकरे ने पीडबल्यूडी के सुपरिंटेंडेंट इंजिनियर के खिलाफ विभागीय जांच के संबंध में एक फाइल पर साइन किया था। जोन-1 के डीसीपी शशिकुमार मीणा ने कहा, ‘अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली गई है। जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।’ विपक्षी बीजेपी ने विभागीय जांच के आरोप लगाए हैं।
PWD मंत्री से सीएम के पास आई थी फाइल
जेजे स्कूल ऑफ आर्ट्स में हुए काम के दौरान वित्तीय अनियमितता से जुड़े मामले में PWD के इंजिनियर के खिलाफ जांच के लिए सीएम ने फाइल पर साइन किया था। लेकिन बाद में साइन के ऊपर फर्जी टिप्पणी करते हुए जांच को बंद कर दिए जाने की बात लिख दी। PWD मंत्री अशोक चव्हाण के पास से होते हुए फाइल सीएम के पास आई थी।
सीएम के साइन से छेड़खानी गंभीर मामला
एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया, ‘सीएम के साइन को बहुत शक्तिशाली माना जाता है। विभाग के मंत्रियों या फिर सीनियर अधिकारियों के महत्वपूर्ण फैसलों पर सीएम के साइन को अंतिम मुहर माना जाता है। सीएम के साइन मात्र से ही करोड़ों के फंड जारी हो जाते हैं। ऐसे में साइन के साथ छेड़खानी करना गंभीर मसला है।’
